Why You Want To Create A WordPress Mlm Blog

The main reason why you want to create a mlm blog is to attract people to you and generate leads. When done right, it can turn into more sales and new team members for your business.  If you want to get into profit fast then you should be out prospecting people. This means you go out and physically talk to someone. You can only do so many one on one or presentations in a day. This is not a very efficient use of your time but it works.

If you are short on time or maybe your building your business part-time like many other people do, then you want to find ways that you can leverage your time. When you create a blog post it stays out on internet land virtually forever. I get leads and sales from post that I wrote months ago. Blogging is is passive form of marketing and will take some time before you see any results. It is NOT a short term strategy in-fact you probably won’t see any results from it for several months. It’s a long term strategy. You have to be committed for the long term to doing it. It takes time to build authority and you do that with consistency and creating great content.

How To Come Up With Content

One of the biggest mistakes you can make when you start blogging is making your content all about your mlm company. In fact this is the number one way to ensure hardly anyone buys anything much less joins you in your business. One thing that you don’t want to do is turn your blog into a pitch fest to join your mlm company. Instead your content should be about them. Find out what what your target audience is struggling with and create your content based on that. You can use this method for virtually any business you are trying to build.  If you want to dive a deeper into how to come up with content you might want to check out this post: Mlm tips: Some Simple Content Creation Tips.

You should treat your blog as your home base. You control it, you own it that and your email list. You don’t own your social media accounts. These can be shut down at anytime. You should treat social media platforms as spokes that point back to your blog. People don’t come to Facebook to buy something but they will potentially buy and become a lead on your blog. Your main objective with blogging is to build your email marketing list.
