When you get inside networking marketing rejection is going to happen. There is no way around it. It happens to the brand new person and even the veteran network marketer. Rejection is what causes most people to quit their business sometimes before you even get started. When it comes from your immediate family it makes it a lot tougher when you hear negative talk about your business from them. They are usually the one’s who tell you it’s a pyramid scheme or something to the tune of those things never work. Or how about the one family member who “tried” one but didn’t have any success. There are however a few things you can do to head off this rejection even before it starts but the main thing to get over it is to just expect it. Your friends and family sometimes are going to be your biggest dream snatchers.

As you begin to talk to people getting no’s will be a common phrase that you will come across but you have to get through the no’s before you get to a yes. Also keep in mind when someone tells you no you shouldn’t take it personally. Just like a waitress or waiter gets told no multiple times a day but they know it’s nothing personal. This is how you need to handle rejection inside network marketing. Know that when someone rejects looking at your business or service it’s nothing personal its just not the right time for them. You are looking for people who are interested in what you have. You should never convince anyone to join your business. That is the fastest why to have someone quit. Don’t spend any time trying to motivate people who don’t want to be in this business. It’s a waste of their time and more importantly yours!

You have to enjoy the business you are in. People are attracted to people with good energy. Think about it like this, if you were to go to a car lot and the sales guy showed no type of energy for the car you picked out or any interest in it you would probably go to a different car lot or not buy one all together. Same thing applies here. Be up beat when you talk to your prospects. Show energy and be generally excited about your business. You’ll attract more people than you can handle by doing that.
