Network Marketers Most Common Mistake
The most common mistake network marketers make is they talk way too much and about the wrong thing. As soon as someone shows just a bit of interest they go into pitch mode. They talk about how great their product is or the awesome compensation plan their company has.
Here is a hard reality check, NOBODY CARES about any of that!
The only thing your prospects care about is what’s in it for them. So you detailing your comp plan and all that other stuff is a total waste of time, at least in your prospects eyes.
You need to get good at asking questions. Asking questions will help you uncover your prospects goals, problems and all kinds of things. Your mlm business should be the solution to all of those problems.

Talk About This Instead
Talk about the benefits of your product. Talk about what it does and not what it is. I was checking out a training and they put it this way, sell the destination and not the airplane.
You want to grab their attention. People buy with emotions then justify that purchase with logic later. So you want to talk to their emotions.
Keep in mind you want to know what your prospects hot buttons are and wrap your product or service around what that is.
Here are some examples:
If you have a weight loss product and your prospect has expressed how they want to lose some weight you can say:
“My product can help you lose that extra weight, have more energy and help get you in into great shape for the summer. You’ll have more confidence “
If you have a service and maybe your prospect has told you they want to vacation with their family more.
“My service can help you save money on your hotel stay which will allow you to have more money to spend and make even more memories with your family when you go on those vacations.”
In the above examples, its all about hitting your prospects emotions. What fires them up? What’s their motivation?
