Now that we got that out the way, let’s talk about what it really takes to build your business quickly.

Having success in your business is going to boil down to what’s in your daily routine. Income producing activities should take up the majority of your time IF you want to make money and grow your business fast.

People confuse income producing activities with busy activities. Things like organizing your desk, sharping your pencils, prepping your notebooks to take notes on that next webinar you are on. That is just busy work and won’t put any money in your pocket.

Now I’m not saying being organized is not important but you have to understand that won’t make you money. Money comes from people, so you need to be out there talking and meeting more people.

Biggest Mistakes By Network Marketers

There are two mistakes that just about all network marketers make, the first one is they don’t talk to enough people. You can’t talk to three people a week and expect to build an empire. You need to have at least five conversations a day if you are part-time. Full-time you need to have at least ten new conversations.

The second mistake network marketers make is they talk entirely too much. Say less to more people. Your only job is to find out if they are open. Follow up with them later and let your tool do the work. Your tool could be a DVD or online presentation.

If give your prospect a fancy presentation they are going to think they need to do the same thing. Keep it simple. Simple is what duplicates.

Should You Build Your Network Marketing Business On or Offline?

I think you should use a combination of both. Can you build a business totally offline? Of course, you can. Belly to belly will always work.

Can you build a business totally online? Yes, you can do that as well. So which one is better?

I think you should use a combination of both. The biggest advantage to building online is you can reach way more people in a leverage way verse building totally offline. Here is what I mean, you can put a video out there and have people watching it around the clock at any time of the day from all over the world.

You can’t do that offline, you can only be in some many Starbucks during the day and nobody else will see your one on one presentation.

So you see, building online has way more leverage but if you want to know how to succeed in network marketing fastI think you should utilize both, at least in the beginning. Now once your marketing kicks in and you are generating leads every day then prospecting offline can become an option for you.
